Roshan Foundation work with the students/aged peoples of other vocational training providers to improve their employ-ability skills through our programmes and also manage students’ placement. We also collaborate with other
NGOs to train youth in their communities.

• Roshan Foundation conducts Various Certificate courses to become a professional like Beauty Parlor, Tailoring, Fashion Design, Home made products, Paramedical Courses, Courses related to construction industry etc.
• Encourage lower income group family to become economic independence.
• Aim is to enhancing their skill-sets and paving way for a sustainable livelihood and economic independence.
